The Regional Concierge of Clothing is responsible for providing territory sales support as a Regional Concierge Manager.
Concierge Manager will be responsible for developing new client relationships as well as maintaining current relationships in the assigned territory, supporting the preparation and delivery of prospect/client proposals, and contracts including necessary follow-up , maintaining and updating the CRM system with Sales activity, arranging prospect/client activity, and coordinating regional activities.
The position requires previous sales and/or sales support experience. Frequent interaction with Concierge sales team. Tailoring, Measuring, Textiles, Swatches, Sales, Time Management, CRM Human Resources, and various levels of Management is necessary.
This position is responsible for establishing a high level of customer service for all internal and external clients.
